Refund Policy
All sales of ManeGain Hair Rejuvenation Therapy are final except for those purchased with a ManeGain Confidence Warranty.
1 – Clients claiming refunds must first contact their Independent ManeGain Representative for refund information.
2 – Refunds are based upon the price paid for ManeGain Hair Rejuvenation Therapy less a service and processing fee of $108.00. Taxes may not be refundable.
3 – Refunds are issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the Sessions. ManeGain credits the same credit card as was used to purchase ManeGain Hair Rejuvenation Therapy.
4 – Single Session and Prevent-Pack Session purchases are not refundable but can be rescheduled and/or transferred.
5 – If the business where client receives Therapy fails, ManeGain makes available the following two options:
(a) Client may choose to continue service and receive their Therapy at another ManeGain location.
(b) Clients that purchased a Restorative Package will be fully refunded according 1, 2 and 3 above. Clients that purchased a Prevent-Pack will be refunded for any unused sessions as per 1, 2 and 3 above.
