The Process – Let’s Get Your Hair Back!
OK, you have taken the first step on your way back to having the confidence that comes from looking younger, more vibrant, and fit with your own naturally growing hair. At ManeGain we are all about making this the best experience you can possibly have the is drug or chemical free.
There is a process that will be outlined following, but before we get started, if you have any questions or concerns along the way, there will be someone who will personally at your service. We believe in you, and want you to get the maximum benefit of using this technology in order for you to regrow your own hair, naturally, drug and chemically free! To make this an enjoyable and stress free experience, we want to take your through the process step-by-step.
Before you get to start regrowing your hair there are a few things we will need to attend to:
1) Create An Online Account
This will help you in two ways. First, you will be assigned a personal consultant to help you from start to finish on your journey to regrow your hair. Secondly, by having an on line account, you will be able to see your progress from start to finish, including comparing progress pictures, seeing payments, scheduling sessions, and just getting general information in a timely fashion.
2) Confirm Account
Once you create your account, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a temporary password. Go to the ManeGain Member Portal and log in with your id and temporary password, then go to the “Account Summary” tab, and select the “Edit account settings” sub tab. You will see on the bottom of the page a place to change your password.
3) Contact or Proceed?
Once you create an account you have two options: you can either proceed with your purchase or if you have ANY questions, or concerns, you can contact your personal consultant or request a face-to-face meeting. The contact information is below:

4) EVERYTHING IS SPELLED OUT FOR YOU!
If you decide to proceed with purchasing the ManeGain Hair Rejuvenation Therapy online with, you will be asked to select:
a) A location you would like the treatment to occur
Pick a salon or spa where you would like to have your ManeGain Hair Rejuvenation Therapy conducted.
b) The Type of Treatment (Restorative Package, Maintenance / Preventative, or Single Session)
The Restorative Package involves 50 sessions for men, and 40 sessions for women. Sessions are conducted two (2) times per week and ManeGain offers three (3) ways to purchase this Package (In Full, Weekly, or In Monthly Installments). The weekly price is $110 ($55/session), and ManeGain offers a discount for payment in full, or you can make $300 payments monthly on a finance basis with each session being $60.
c) Requirements for Restorative Package
If you picked the Restorative Package (either 50 or 40 session package), there is a certain protocol or procedure that needs to be followed in order to maximize the efficacy of the Therapy, and to help insure that your regrow your hair naturally. This protocol requires that you can commit to a twelve (12) week, 2-sessions-per-week regiment of Therapy. This is required in order to maximize your chances of seeing your hair regrow naturally. Failure to be able to adhere to this protocol will reduce and/or delay your chances of success as well as void the warranty offered by ManeGain. d) You will be asked to generate your schedule on line.
Now, you will be asked to schedule your first 24 Therapy sessions, at 2-sessions-per-week over a twelve week period under the ManeGain protocol standards and as part of the Warranty requirements. Your remaining Therapy sessions can be scheduled using a more relaxed regiment, but should adhere to as closely to twice per week as possible.
e) Payment (Not Yet!)
Once your schedule is in place, the next step is to select your payment.
Before we can accept your Restorative Package payment, an In-person interview will take place with your Personal Consultant to go over the Warranty Requirements, Get Some General Health Information, Describe the Therapy Protocol, Discuss which payment option you prefer, do a Scalp Inspection as part of the Warranty, and answer any other questions you might have Prior to you undergoing the treatment. In addition, your personal consultant will ask you to sign a form allowing them to do a visual inspection with a high powered microscope and computer to show you an up close and personal look at your scalp and hair. Your personal consultant will also take pictures (face, front top of head, right side, left side, and back of head) as a visual marker for when you started your Therapy.
At this time, your personal consultant will ask you to supply a 4-digit (last four cell phone, or social security number, or address numbers) for her to enter for your code; explain and verify your payment choice (credit card, ACH / Lump Sum, Weekly, Monthly); go over some documentation (Privacy, Warranty, etc.) for you to review and sign and confirm your first session. You personal consultant will also go over your session schedule, explaining the protocols. Payments are made in advance of any period chosen (weekly or monthly) of the sessions.
4) REGROW MY HAIR!
OK, now we start the smooth process to growing your hair. All along the way, we will keep in touch to see how you are progressing. If you have ANY concerns, questions, or just want to talk, please contact your personal consultant. Along the way, you will also see visual evidence of your progress on your on line account, as well as be able to change your schedule, and see your billing statements.
